Commission trade is a kind of retail trade on the bases of agreement on commission.

According to the agreement one party (a commission agent) is bind in the name of the other party (a client) for reward to effect a deal(s) on its own behalf but for client's account (the Article 880 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus).
